With over 2 decades of experience in home services, Scott and Caroline Mainzer have built businesses on integrity and performance. Before settling in Colorado, the Mainzers owned and operated a successful lawn and landscape company in Texas for over 15 years. They built it from the ground up and eventually sold it to new owners who continue to run it today.
In Colorado, Scott quickly became a leader in the roofing industry. During his seven-year tenure as Vice President of Sales for a Colorado roofing company, he sold and managed over 1,000 roofing projects. Scott earned a reputation among his customers for sincerity, attention to detail, and accountability.
When it came time to build something of his own, he knew exactly what kind of company he wanted to create: one that stays small on purpose, focused on quality over quantity.
